Founded in 2006, TPIZ is an environmental services and investment company focused on developing, managing and financing environmental and energy efficiency projects in Asia. 

Under the leadership of Managing Director Bruce Hicks, TPIZ has developed specialized expertise to deliver integrated technologies and business solutions to meet the diverse needs of our clients for renewable energy, energy efficiency, indoor environment quality, and water and waste management projects.

Our business is operated through two joint venture companies Green Building Services Limited (GBS) and Asia Clean Capital Limited (ACC).

GBS provides comprehensive technical advisory services ranging from indoor environment quality and energy management services to green factory design solutions, assisting owners and operators of commercial and industrial facilities in South China to optimize environmental improvements and financial returns.

ACC funds and develops large-scale energy efficiency and performance enhancement projects across Asia using paid by savings or utility-based business models, offering competitive solutions and risk management for clients across a range of sectors.
